"I started working at Knowledge Network in 2000, as a receptionist with basic computer skills and not much knowledge on how to communicate with clients.

From 2000 to 2007, I have gained tremendous experience through trainings that were provided to me. Those trainings allow me the opportunity to use the skills for the company and the community, to be exposed to more challenges in order to grow and become more efficient.

 
Today, I am a sales oriented individual with good communication and customer service skills.
  • I can implement new ideas that will lead to growth of the company, and to create better opportunities for the company to be productive.

  • I can be the ambassador of the company (representing the company on the workshops, exhibitions and conferences that I attend on behalf of Knowledge Network.)
The training that I have received to date includes: database capturing and updating information on the database, printing of certificates and diplomas, selling software, ordering and control of software orders from clients, liaison with software suppliers, control and update of software prices, invoicing and accounts control, preparing feedback briefs and staff briefs, preparing daily schedules for marketing and business managers, Internet and Internet research, how to interact with different organisations, and laptop care and use.

I have attended a driving school and shall have a licence soon.

Through the training Knowledge Network has provided for me, I have been able to train others."
